We accept Visa and MasterCard payments through Paypal or through our own merchant account. You can decide when you check out which way you want to go. You will receive an order confirmation by email to let you know the order has gone through. We are sorry, but we do not accept Discover, American Express, personal checks or money orders.
As is standard in the industry, all pattern sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.
We ship USPS priority flat rate mailer. We do charge a nominal “handling” fee.
The flat rate envelope holds about 5 patterns. The rate for the envelope plus handling is $5.45. For more than 5 patterns, we ship using the flat rate box. The rate for the box plus handling is $10.85. We can fit up to 10 patterns in the box.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.: Decades will ship orders outside the United States but we use Global Priority Flat Rate mail. Flat rate mail is the most economical way to ship but the US Postal Service does not offer insurance or tracking for flat rate packages. Decades of Style IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages shipped via USPS Global Priority Flat rate mail. This means if your order gets lost on its way to you - Decades will not replace the order. If you wish to insure your order, shipping rates are considerably higher and will be calculated separate from your order. We will inform you of the adjusted shipping total before we process your order.
If you choose the flat rate mailer, the Global Flat Rate mailer plus handling is $14.50 and holds up to 5 patterns (Canada and Mexico, $12.45). If you order more than 5 patterns, we ship using 2 or more of the flat rate envelopes.
